We could not be in a better location living in the East Bay area of San Francisco. The top reason our agents love living here is the proximity to everything “the Bay” has to offer.

As you can see, it never gets too hot or too cold, and doesn’t really rain all that much. The gorgeous weather is why we love to live in the East Bay, it is the perfect place to be! Earning an 8.5/10 for the BestPlaces Comfort Index, we aren’t the only ones to think living here is pretty great.

Did you know East Bay Regional Parks is home to 73 parks with over 1,330 miles of trails and is the largest urban regional park district in the United States? Neither did we! We knew about our amazing parks and trails, but didn’t realize just how many amazing parks are right out our door. Here are a few of our agent’s favorites to get started: Black Diamond Mines, Briones, Castle Rock, Crockett Hills, Iron Horse Trail, Las Trampas, and Tilden to name a few.
