Community Spotlight: Danville

Why Danville?

Home to our third office, Danville is the definition of a tight-knit community. Filled with endless activities for kids, good eats, and countless retail stores, you’ll never get bored!

Things to Do

Things to do in Danville vary on the type of mood you’re in. Want to gain new knowledge and learn something new? The Blackhawk Museum, The Museum of the San Ramon Valley, or Eugene O'Neill National Historic Site would be your best bet. Are you having a hard time picking out a spot for date night? Blackhawk Plaza would be the ideal spot for you! The plaza is home to a movie theater and over 40 other establishments that range from retail stores and restaurants.

Parks To Explore

  • Osage Station Park has a beautiful memorial rose garden and children's play area with train station.

  • Oak Hill Park offers a quiet country setting with a spectacular Mt. Diablo backdrop and is an idyllic location for family picnics, weddings, and other special occasions.

  • Danville South Park is a small park with lawn area, play structures, swings, and small sand box.

  • Sycamore Valley Park has a children's play area with popular recreational fountain, reflection pond with waterfall, and jogging path that meanders through the park.

Places to Eat

  • Bridges Restaurant and Bar is located in the heart of downtown Danville. The restaurant serves great food and drinks in a comfortable, urban-casual setting. FUN FACT: a scene from the 1993 classic Mrs. Doubtfire was filmed there!

  • Primos Pizzeria & Pub is a family-run restaurant that serves specialty pizzas, pasta, and sandwiches with a variety of beers on tap. They’re located right across the street from our Dudum Danville office!

  • Albatross serves global-inspired dishes made with locally sourced ingredients.

  • Thai House is one of the Bay Area’s best Thai food restaurants. Don’t forget to try their lettuce wraps!
